Programme Management

Programme Management is the delivery of beneficial change in an organisation. While numerous organisations have personnel trained in project management methodologies, SCS has staff trained in best practice methodologies such as PRINCE2 who are also experienced in the successful implementation of such methodologies and the delivery of successful projects. SCS currently occupy a number of the key positions on projects such as UK MoD’s Management of the Joint Deployed Inventory (MJDI), a strategic Defence Change Programme business change project.
