Interim Professionals

Our Interim Professionals (IP) Division provides manpower substitutes, typically for around 6 months. Since 2000, we have placed over 400 ex-Service personnel in gapped posts. Procedurally, we offer CVs of suitably qualified and experienced SCS employees as temporary staff before arranging confirmatory interviews with Line Managers. We are tasked directly by employing budget holders and our costs per IP are within current capitation rates.
